Ph.d from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. Awarded the Gladys and Henry Crown award for excellence in teaching. Consulted with firms in the U.S., India, Switzerland and Ireland. Expert in semiconductor, computer and pharmaceutical industries. Conducted in depth studies in the area of innovation and change management for various companies and facilitated critical decision processes resulting in strategic changes. Was an academic advisor to the executive committee of ABB Business Services, BU Management Consulting SMC (1997-99) where facilitated strategy sessions with Business Unit managers.

Consulted with governments of a number of countries on Science and Technology Policy and has been invited by the National Research Council in Washington to participate in deliberations on "Intellectual Property Rights".

Presently
He is presently Professor of Management at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business in New York. He is a member of INFORMS, the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the Engineering Management Society (IEEE affiliate).

Currently researching and lecturing on issues related to business process outsourcing, transformation in the pharmaceutical industry and the role of ethics in networked organizations.
